I am so incredibly happy with my experience at Pierre. I recently made an appointment over the phone with Eddie. I honestly couldn't have hoped for a better outcome. Eddie was so good to us from the moment I called in and made an appointment until the moment we walked out the door and even beyond that when he reached out after the fact just to check on us and thank us for our business. I am incredibly thankful for Eddie and Pierre as a whole. I've never had such an incredible experience at a car dealership where I felt truly heard and valued all the way around like I did with Eddie. He genuinely cares for the people he serves and that is very evident. Super good guy, definitely looked out for us & our best interest. Got us approved and driving off the lot in a beautiful, reliable and safe car that far exceeded our hopes with $0 down, 1st payment 50 days out. He was able to get us approved at a pretty low interest rate for our lease agreement too. Helped us find cheaper insurance rates than we were currently paying for and got us all switched over. So much stress has been lifted off our shoulders. Eddie @ Pierre definitely delivered a satisfactory experience. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a good car @ a great price point. Not a good experience at all, typical car salesman. I was told I had an approval and just needed to come down, I was suspicious so I said let me know what my vehicle options are, then they came back and said the bank denied me and I needed more money??? How do I have an approval and then it changed to they want more money? Because the approval never existed and they wanted to get me there to negotiate, I ended up going with Carmax who offered me the exact terms they said they could deliver on without any sketchy negotiation tactics! Don’t waste your time, this place will not deliver on what they say!
We came to Pierre in Everett looking for a new used truck but ended up driving off a new I mean brand new mirage black edition Yellow in color. Scott helped us he asked what's my favorite color once I told him he laughed so I said fiiiiiine the brighter the better & he delivered. Love my new car thanks Scott.
I know this post is late but I would like to thank Elliot from PR money market for helping purchase my vehicle. It took about five hours but we got the job done. Call him mad that I couldn’t get the Camry that he showed up every 10 drove it but it was over my limit, but I’m still thankful for the vehicle that I have now. I will be there next year for another vehicle with the help of Elliot.

They ran my credit with almost 10 lenders which is beyond unacceptable.
It damages your credit so much.
If you choose to buy a car with them may sure you actually go through with it if you run your credit otherwise they'll make sure you can't go anywhere else.

I went in yesterday knowing what to expect. Having a history of rebuilding credit and going through school for a lot of this, their techniques are typical shady carsales men. Polite until you say no.
The first car we drove had been freshly detailed, not typically suspicious but after testing driving and checking via obd2 reader multiple codes were present requiring a lot of repairs. We declined. They pressured my partner into applying for a lower rate after they realized they couldn't deliver on their initial promise. Which was 0 down and and affordable payment of $300 max. I know this is a ridiculous ask to begin with but Uber leases vehicles for $250 week so if I rented a vehicle I'd be paying $1000 a month without owning a car. They insisted they can find something with that request.
Well even after being approved with a co-signer the payments were going to be $900 a month. That's more than my rent. We had initially planned to return today and try again buy that all changed when they said we had to commit to the vehicle we THOUGHT about test driving. This was another red flag. I politely declined and said we changed are mine and will consider them in the future. I politely requested to cancel our app and delete personal information. They contacted me 3 more times saying they had lower rates ready and to call. I reminded them of canceling our app and to stop contacting me and they responded as if shocked.
So know they will push and disrespect your boundaries if you go in. Know your credit information when going in. Have documentation ready like pay stub, utility bill, and government issued ID. Be prepend to wither have insurance or a company in mind. Know your limits and what kind of payment you truly can afford.
I would've considered returning had the person helping us not be so pushy. Also no prices or vehicle history was included in on any of the vehicles until I googled the vin, showing the two cars we considered, at their Everett location. I used a site called Bumper to run vehicle history reports.
Hope this information helps. I have very specific asks and needs when dealing either dealerships but others don't care as much. Take what you want out of this review.
Also they run your credit at multiple banks, I knew this already but it's not a soft inquiry so your credit will suffer regardless of purchasing from them or not. They need to run your credit otherwise they can't tell you what they qualify for. So keep that in mind.
Absolutely Ridiculous!!! We used their pre approval service online. We received several calls, emails and texts says we had been pre approved and are ready to go! After talking to Eddie on the phone, we were excited. He guaranteed us the pre-approval was valid, so we made the 2 hour drive here.
After arriving, we found out that not only was the pre approval a lie to get us in, but we were told on the phone we were approved with no money down and Eddie informed us we would need a down payment of AT LEAST $6000
I get it, due to past mistakes, our credit sucks and we were prepared for that part. However, who would ever go to a shady place like this if they had GOOD credit.
After telling us the news about requiring the massive down payment, we were urged to start calling freinds and relatives ON THE SPOT, while he was standing there to try to convince one of them to cosign.
BE AWARE, this place will lie through their teeth to get you in the door only to hassle you with high pressure tactics that try to force people in already tough credit position to make even more risky decisions.
Don't waste your time! There are better ways to go about this. As for me, I'm going to just straight up work on my credit to avoid lying theives like these in the future.
They are not there to help you, they only want to completely take advantage of you!
Oh yeah, and you should be aware if you are trying to rebuild your credit, our visit resulted in NINE HARD CREDIT PULLS. That's more than most people get in 2 years on their report!
I cannot express enough just how amazing this place is. We didn't want to buy a car, but circumstances and life had other plans for us. We had no money set for it and a very tight budget and yet this company was able to not only get us a beautiful car well within our price range, but they ensured we were happy with the entire transaction. No hidden agenda, Tristan and Elliot especially went above and beyond any expectations we had. We weren't pressured, for once buying a car was fun.
Such a bait & switch! So many excuses why they didn't have the vehicle we had everything lined up for the day before (& they knew the night before we drove 3 hours one way & didn't tell us), why it's not really 0 down & no pymt 45 days but they blamed someone else at the dealership for telling us that - when it was the guys "brother" who never showed even tho he was getting there ASAP who told us that. Tried showing us a completely different make/model than we wanted, then told us give them a bit to locate another make/model at their other locations and go get it - so we left for over an hour and when we came back we noticed some things out of place on the vehicle & that the car fax vin# didn't match the vehicle they showed us... Just one thing after another and lots of excuses. Even after we left - clearly unhappy - they ran our credit 2-3 more times & kept calling/texting. We will never trust them again or give them another chance to play us for fools.
